NEW DELHI: Apart from raising tensions between India and China, the Doklam standoff could potentially threaten Beijing's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), Chinese scholars and experts have warned for the first time.

Without depending upon govt to do everything, the people themselves can take initiative to boycott Chinese goods. Govt is bound by international commercial laws and cannot put a ban on every item. But people can simply not buy at least the unnecessary items, fancy goods, toys , mobiles etc.
