中国恪守不首先动用核武器的政策，印度网民评

BEIJING: China is committed to no-first-use of nuclear weapons policy and its support for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT), a senior Chinese diplomat said on Sunday.

"China maintains a very small nuclear arsenal, and follows the policy of self-defence and minimum deterrence... China is committed to the principle of no first use of nuclear weapon," Fu Ying, a veteran diplomat and chairperson of the foreign affairs committee of the National People's Congress, China's top legislature, said at the Munich security conference. She also called for upgrading the global security governance.

中国一位高级外交官表示，中国恪守不首先动用核武器的政策，支持全面多边核禁试条约。

中国维持着一个相当小的核武库，遵守自卫和最小程度核威慑的政策。中国恪守不首先动用核武器的原则。
