NEW DELHI: Passengers of the proposed bullet train between Mumbai and Ahmedabad will have to pay anywhere between Rs 250 and Rs 3,000 depending on their destination, a senior official said.

拟建的孟买至艾哈迈达巴德高铁,看乘客在哪个站下车,票价可能介于250卢比至3000卢比之间,

Giving the first official indication of the likely fares of the government's ambitious project, Achal Khare, the managing director of National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd (NHSRCL), told reporters that the fares are based on present projections and calculations.

这是官方第一次透露印度政服这一雄心勃勃高铁的票价,印度国家高速铁路公司的主任对记者说,票价是根据预测和估算而得出的。

I request the GOI start the Bullet train project the south as well specially for travel from Bangalore to Chennai or Hyderabad. We are fed up of traveling by buses and ordinary Trains. Why should we five to six hours for traveling 300kms.

Should not be viewed only as just a transport mechanism but as modernising India itself. We do need to gain time, everywhere, be it roads or railways, air or ocean, this will change the Indian mindset. A new order of things will take shape, the Metro will herald it, LET US GIVE IT A WELCOME CHEER.

Very much misleading. Rs250 is stated to be between BKC and Thane which is hardly any distance and fare by local train as stated by someone is only Rs10 i.e. just 4%. We do not know how much it is going to be when the bullet train starts operating.

文章误导人。250卢比的票价是BKC 到Thane 的吧,才那么点距离。普通火车只要10卢比呢。

and same distance by taxi is 650 rupees, why did not ou mention that? Obviously, it is not targeting customers who would not be even ready to buy 10 rupees tickets in local trains.

Even Internet didn''t made much sense in 1980''s...Faster inland travel will push GDP by atleast 2% and if all metros are connected with Bullet train then except atleast GDP to cross double digit

Totally stupid idea. Who''s the idiot behind prices of tickets? Why would anyone pay 250 Rs for travelling between BKC and Thane when he can travel with just 10 Rs ticket in local train? And why would anyone pay Rs 3000 for travelling to Ahmedabad when he can do so for Rs 200 in ordinary train? So what if it takes 8 hrs in train? After all, for poor people like us, money is more important than time. Bullet train is only for the ultra rich people, not for poor people like me.

BKC到Thane那么短的距离,坐普通火车10卢比就够,为什么要花250卢比去坐高铁。

从孟买去艾哈迈达巴德,坐普通火车只要200卢比,干嘛花3000卢比去坐高铁。

毕竟,对我这样的穷人来说,金钱比时间更重要。

高铁是为富人修的,不是为我这样的穷人修的
