These are 3 very distinct countries. In short, I would say that China is more like India than the USA, but it depends on how you weight each factor:

1stGovernance - Multiparty Functioning Democracy working on the secular constitution that offers justice, equality and liberty and fraternity of all of them.

2ndJudiciary - Independent functioning Judiciary with no government interference. Oh you can sue the government of both countries into the supreme courts. Don’t try to do it in China.

3rdMedia - Free, Independent like each other.

4thFinancial structure - Both have independent central banks again.

5thGoals - counter terrorism. China doesn’t seem to have this goal.

Last but not the least.

Citizens - Simple citizens who value universal human values such as human rights, democracy, justice and what not.

印度和美国更相似。

Which country is more similar to India, the USA or China?

Federal structure in India resembles China more then USA as there are ethnic states within Federation both in India and in China - in USA local first nations and ethnicities are stripped of autonomous statehood.

As for elections and democracy - because of unpredictable electoral results India resembles USA more then China as in China everything is predictable …

Also India has the same problems with its muslims as China has too - in USA those problems are still in remout future…

Actually India is closer to Russia more then to China or USA as far as “resemblance” is concerned..

China has one dominant ethnicity (Han Chinese, 92%) and one language, one party rule.

India has multiple nations, multiple ethnicities, multiple languages, multiple parties.
