BEIJING: China's second aircraft carrier currently being built at a rapid pace is likely to be based somewhere near the strategic South China Sea to handle "complicated situations" the state media reported. 

北京国家媒体报道道：中国的第二艘航母，也就是正在被迅速建造的一艘，很可能部署在南中国海附近，以应对具有重大战略作用的“复杂区域”。

The second carrier is being built at the eastern port of Dalian. 

中国第二艘航母正在东部港口大连进行建造。

Yesterday an official television network in Shandong reported that the aircraft carrier was "taking shape" after two years and nine months of construction but it did not provide further details such as when the carrier would be completed. 

昨天山东的官方媒体报道称，在历经两年九个月的建造过后，这艘航母已经“成型”了。但是它并没有提供更详细的资料，比如说什么时候航母建设完成之类的。

Nope China sea is not a territory of China even last year such claim was refuted by the UNSC court. Per international law of sea the artificial islands to which China is using as pretext to claim territory lies outside the defined limit. Unless the world unites and boycotts China they will continue to expand on its illegal territorial claims.

Sanctions should have been imposed on China decades ago but instead the weak United Nations appointed China a seat on its Human Rights Council. Shameful!

There homeless in the west whi go hungry too. They too dont have proper food. No place is wonderful. All have their ills and all have their glitter. Human rights become secondary when hunger comes. What would you prefer human rights or a full stomach. Agreed China has a long way to go but they are getting there. Not all western media has shown China in a good light by the way. Many have slammed China. At the same time a lot is desired of the UN. They are the biggest crooks. Look who has been going to wars and creating a mess. Look how many people are being killed. You and i know which country is involved the most but the burden of helping the displaced is on the other western nations. Why ?? My point is then you cannot take UN and china in the same breath. If the UN has its way tgen wven people from countries devasted from natural calamities are people in need of protection. There is more than meet the eyes.
