Its hull is just launched. It may need another two years to lay 1000 of kilometers of cables, putting electronic gadgets/equipment, placing defensive platforms. There after it will need a full year for Harbour acceptance tests, then sea acceptance tests before it is declared as operational ready. Pilots need to be trained in landing and taking off in rough seas. Unlike India China does not have any experience or doctrine in running such large vessel.

船体刚刚下水，也许需要两年来铺设1000公里的电缆，以及安装电子设备等

We are also expecting flight carrier from our own shipyard in next couple of years there is not a big deal in this, only thing is that we are always late on actions. but we will do it.
