BEIJING: The successful test of a US missile interceptor has sparked concerns in China as experts said it will break the strategic balance with other nuclear powers and signals preparations for military action against nuclear-armed North Korea

美国首次拦截洲际弹道导弹试验成功，在中国引发关注。

有专家表示，这会打破美国与其他核国家的战略平衡，标志着美国在为对朝鲜采取军事行动做准备。

The US has successfully tested a mock intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) using its own upgraded long-range interceptor warhead.

美国采用升级的远程拦截弹头，成功试验拦截了一枚模拟洲际弹道导弹。

China had an option of reigning in North Korea. Now whatever the consequences the threat has to be addressed before it becomes worser. Hitler's V2 rockets never made much of a difference compared to Dresden , Berlin and Hamburg bombings by the Allies. Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour ended with Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Monkeys with swords are good for pantomime acts but they have to be shot when they escape and endanger the audience they are play acting to.

China should have some concern on the developments in North Korea since they were hell bent on supporting North Korea's nuclear program. Now China should show some restraint on what they do in South China Sea.
