中国谴责美国错误制裁中国银行

BEIJING: Relations between China and the US got further strained as the Trump administration censured a Chinese bank and a shipping company for allegedly assisting North Korea besides approving a major arms sale to Taiwan.

Washington's decision to impose sanctions on Chinese business entities would seriously affect Beijing's ability to negotiate peace talks on the North Korean nuclear issue, observers said.

美国财政部长姆钦6月29日宣布，作为制裁朝鲜的一环，将把中国的一家银行（丹东）指定为制裁对象，禁止其与美国金融机构交易。美国判断该银行参与了为朝鲜的核导开发洗钱。另外还对中国的2个人和1家海运公司实施制裁。

这是美国首次把中国的银行作为对朝鲜自主制裁的对象。目的是在加强向朝鲜施压的同时，敦促与朝鲜经济往来密切的中国对朝鲜行使影响力。不过，中国可能会对抗，还有可能影响今后的中美关系。

The US announced the sale of $1.42 billion worth of arms to Taiwan causing further ire in Beijing. China regards Taiwan as part of its own territory and regards arms sales to it as an affront to the one-China policy which includes Taiwan.

美国宣布对台军售14.2亿美元，可能进一步惹怒北京。

中国把台湾视为领土的一部分，把美国对台军售视为对一个中国政策的冒犯。
