面对被摧毁的庄稼，千叶市选择鼓励商业狩猎 [日本媒体]

CHIBA - A city near Tokyo has set up a"business school for hunting" which provides courses to introducepeople to the pursuit of game and encourage them to consider it as a source oflivelihood.

千叶 - 东京附近的一个城市开办了一所“狩猎商学院”，提供教会人们如何捕猎的课程，并鼓励他们将捕猎作为收入来源。

The city of Kimitsu, Chiba Prefecture, has beenbattling destruction of its agricultural crops by wild animals such as boarsand deer. As more hunters age, it also is looking to infuse new blood to solvethe problem.

千叶县君津市长期以来一直在与野猪和鹿等野生动物破坏农作物的行为作斗争。现在，随着许多猎人逐渐年老，使得君津市希望依靠（为猎人们）注入新的血液来解决这个问题。

According to the city, it is rare for a localgovernment to offer a series of courses specializing in hunting as a businessopportunity, where professionals teach hunting and cooking game.

据市政府介绍，当地政府很少提供这种课程包括了由专业猎人教授如何捕获和烹饪猎物的专业化商业捕猎的课程。

"You can make carpaccio for two using thispiece of pheasant meat," said Eisuke Okano, a 39-year-old restaurateurfrom Tokyo, as he dissected the fowl in front of 26 men and women in the city'scommunity center, explaining various ways to cook it.

“你可以使用这块野鸡肉制作两份鸡肉刺身，”来自东京的39岁的餐馆老板中西说，他在城市社区中心当着二十六名男女的面拆分了一只野鸡，并演示了几种烹饪野鸡的方法。



"I would be very happyif more people start hunting (nearby) or become interested in game meat. We'dlike to continue to provide these courses," said Tadahiro Okamoto, thechief clerk for the city's department for agricultural administration.

“如果有更多的人开始（在周边地区）狩猎或对野味产生兴趣，我会很高兴。我们希望以后能够继续提供这些课程，”该市农业管理部门的首席文员冈本忠恕说。
