Images show a 'mind-blowing' interchange in Chongqing China containing five layers 20 ramps and eight different directions. 

照片中显示的是中国重庆一座令人眼花缭乱的立交桥，包括5层通道，20个坡道，8个不同方向。

The new interchange has left internet users in the country confused and some concerned about getting lost at the city's complicated section of road reports the People's Daily Online. 

人民网报道称，这座新立交桥把国内网民看糊涂了，有的人担心在这个复杂地段迷路。

Construction of the overpass began in 2009 with the project finally completed on May 31.  

这座立交桥始建于2009年，于今年5月31日完工。

The overpass is made of up five layers and around 20 ramps.  

它包括5层通道，和20个左右的坡道。

An official in charge of the project told reporters that road users can easily find their way with the use of signs. 

负责项目的一个官员告诉记者，在标志的帮助下，人们可以轻易找对方向。

He said: 'Even if you take the wrong way then you only have to go around one kilometre or even just five or six hundred metres before there is an option to correct the wrong turn.'

Despite the fact the overpass has been completed it is not set to open until early next year. Constructors are waiting to complete the airport expressway.

You don't need to look at the whole just the individual routes. As long as each route is properly sign-posted no problems. Well apart from the local drivers and construction standards of course. You can get lost anywhere if you put your mind to it.

真正开车的时候只会走一条线路，不需要关心整体构造，只要每条线路都设有路标就没问题。且不说当地司机或建筑标准怎么样，如果你不注意的话在哪儿都能迷路。

My Chongqing friend told me that not too many locals would go on this interchange. GPS does not work correctly and it is a 2-hour mistake if one takes a wrong turn. One can see from the picture and the video that there are not too many cars on this interchange.

Why should anyone get lost? Stupid article about confusion and getting lost. You are not on all the roads all at once. You are just on one highway at a time and you travel where you want to go like any other road. The picture taken from a height shows the maze of the overpasses that's it.
