A female student was banned from driving after going too slowly on a dual carriage away in her S-type Jaguar.??

Dongfang Jiao, 23, caused a line of traffic to build up behind her on the outside lane of the urban dual carriageway in Stirling, which led to other motorists calling the police.

Unfortunately, Chinese driving licenses are issued as a matter of course if you give the examiner some money. You pay, you pass, without starting the engine. Sounds as though this young lady was taking her 1st driving lesson, and her 'qualified driver' partner probably came from the same city, and gad 2 driving lessons him/herself.

遗憾的是，只要你给主考人一些贿赂，你就可以在中国获得驾照。只要付钱就可以通过，甚至引擎都不用发动。所以看起来这名年轻女士是在进行她的首堂驾驶课，而她那“有资格的司机”陪同可能来自同一个城市，而且可能是这位陪同的第二次驾车。

My vote goes
People who drive slowly in the outside lane cause accidents. Good that it's illegal, but sadly too few are caught.

在外道开慢车就会引起交通事故。还好这是非法的，可是就没被抓到几个。

Sorry, but I am certain Chinese driving tests and licence issuing is not stringent in any way. Why are we allowing them to drive on UK roads? And so much for these clever clog Chinese students - don't know their left from their right it seems.
