Shocking footage has emerged of a boss in China smacking his employees in front of the whole company for not working hard enough.

在一段令人震惊的视频里：一位中国老板在其全体员工面前殴打工作不努力的员工。

The boss of Shanxi Changzhi Zhangze Agricultural and Commercial Bank can be seen hitting eight employees four times each across the buttocks as their colleagues watch on reports Huanqiu affiliated with the People's Daily Online.  

据人民日报旗下的环球时报报道，山西省长治市漳泽农业商业银行行长在其同事面前对8名员工每人打了4次屁股。

At one point a woman can be seen almost falling over in pain as the boss whacks her.

可以看到在某个瞬间一个女员工因为其老板的重力击打而几乎摔倒在地。

Whereas in the UK if employees don't work hard enough they complain to HR that they're being victimised/bullied and HR victimises the boss.

China clearly needs to stop being so barbaric. Beating employees torturing and dismembering dogs and cats while they are still alive and then eating them. Torturing fish by flash frying their bodies and leaving the head alive so the fish dies a horrible death while people eat the flesh as the fish gasps for air. I could go on and on. If they want to be a first world country they need to evolve.

Evolve into what? Something that is acceptable to some people who live in America or Britain? I might not agree with many of the customs and practices that occur in China but there again I don't agree with American gun laws but it's nothing to do with me how people in another country run their lives.

I'd like to see a follow-up video where these employees overpower him and give him 32 strokes to even the score (4 strokes from each of the 8 employees) and to great applause from the employees watching. He can't fire everyone and how could he complain to the police?
