China has expelled 32 South Korean Christian missionaries a Seoul official has said amid diplomatic tension between the two countries over the planned deployment of a US missile defence system.

There would be no need to deploy Thaad in South Korea if China shut down the North's nuclear and missile programs. Beijing should stop whining about Thaad and do something about Kim Jong Un.

What evidence do you have that Blix had "strong suspicions"? 
The fact that when Blix inspected Yongbyon in 1992 he suspected that it was being used to turn used fuel into weapons-grade plutonium? 
Or the fact that when further inspections were carried out by the IAEA in 1992 the North Koreans repeatedly blocked attempts by the inspection team to inspect waste sites at Yongbyon? 
Or that in December 1993 Der Blix declared that the IAEA can no longer provide 'any meaningful assurances' that North Korea is NOT producing nuclear weapons.

The radar has 2 modes A terminal mode and a long range mode that can penetrate more than 1000 miles. Meaning it can see aero and missile activities deep inside China and Russian territory.
