Inventors have created an electronic bike which is not only as light as as two newborn babies but folds up and fits in a backpack.

The Smacircle can reach speeds of 12.5mph (20km/h) and is controlled with a smartphone app.

The eBike folds up into a backpack in less than ten seconds, by which time it's no taller than 19 inches (49cm).

I do not have a smartphone and I do not want one. Oh no I forgot, somebody gave me one but I have no clue how to use it and I have no instructions to help me. So I could not use one of those bikes. Anyway, I could not fit my dog on the back so it would not work for me.

Interesting to see innovation from China! However, small wheels are not the best option on poor roads like where I am - from constantly being dug up and paved over. The battery might be in the seat and the electric motor encased in the front wheel. But what's with the rings.
