China has urged North Korea not to provoke the international community with further missile or nuclear tests and warned that the situation on the Korean peninsula is entering “a very critical phase”.

中国敦促朝鲜不要通过进一步的导弹或者核试验来挑衅国际社会，并警告称朝鲜半岛局势正进入“一个非常关键的阶段”。

Speaking on Sunday a day after the UN security council voted unanimously to impose new sanctions on Pyongyang China’s foreign minister Wang Yi said he hoped the move would help North Korea’s leaders make “the right and smart decision” about their weapons programme. 

在安理会一致投票决定对平壤采取新制裁的一天之后，中国外交部长王毅在本周末表示他希望此举能帮助朝鲜领导人对于他们的武器计划做出“正确的和聪明的决定”。

“Do not violate the UN decision or provoke the international community’s goodwill by conducting missile launches or nuclear tests” Wang said he had told North Korea’s foreign minister Ri Yong-ho when they met on the sidelines of a security forum in Manila. 

“不要违反联合国的决定，也不要发射导弹或者核试验从而辜负了国际社会释放的善意”，王表示他在他在马尼拉的中国—东盟(10+1)外长会议的间隙会见了朝鲜外长Ri Yong ho并传达了以上信息。

Wang also told his North Korean counterpart that Pyongyang should remain calm in response to the UN sanctions which were hailed by the US president Donald Trump.

王还告诉朝鲜外长，平壤应对联合国的制裁保持冷静，美国总统川普对联合国的制裁表示赞许。

No...sigh...I am not saying NK is not belligerent...... I am saying that confronting their brand of belligerence born of hatred fear distrust and what seems to be outright paranoid delusions with equal amounts of belligerence threats and military posturing is not helpful. Strangely you actually don't fight fire with fire - you do it with water. And you don't confront a paranoid individual with threats of violence and destruction. That just tends to up the ante.

Therein lies the problem fine Kim has let the world know that he now has nukes but threatening the US Japan and SK isn't exactly helping things is it. They don't make him invincible at all so unless KJU's plan is to invade and reclaim SK not a good idea then why is he doing this? It's not as if the NK's and Kim are sweet people to their own it's a dictatorship with all that comes with it. So what if the US have their war exercises with Japan and SK that's been going on since the war and the only message it sends is don't even think about attacking our allies that's it game's over US goes home but Kim is acting as though we've been doing flyovers or what he's doing issuing nuclear threats that's not a wise course to take and it's beyond Trump the military are the ones who are recommending courses of action to take against an obvious threat that they simply won't take lying down over Kim has become a problem of his own making and that's not good for the entire world. 

问题就在于金正恩已让全世界知道他有了核武器，可是威胁美国日本和韩国并不能对事态有所帮助是吧。它们完全不能令他变得无敌，所以除非金正恩的计划是侵略并收复南韩，不然这不是个好主意，那么为什么他这么做？朝鲜和金正恩本身又不是什么好人，它是独裁和独裁带来的一切东西。所以假如美国和日本韩国进行从战争以来就一直持续着的战争演练，而它唯一发出的讯息只是别想攻击我们的盟友就没了，演练结束美国回家，可是金正恩的行动就像我们做了什么低空飞行之类的，他在发布核威胁，这不是个明智之举，而且不在特朗普的能力之内，是军队在建议行动方针来对付一个他们根本不会坐视不理的显而易见的威胁，金正恩已经因自身的错误成了问题人物，这对全世界都是不好的。

Rusdia has a 'president for life' in Putin..
China? Communist? Hardly! They have embraced capitalism with open arms whilst using overwhelming authoritarian power from a small elite 'committee' to control society.. However the three countries DO have one thing in common.. ..they see the West as their enemy Thank God then that they're NOT true allies!!

Why is the UN imposing sanctions on Israel and ordering inspections of Israel for the possession of nuclear weapons then ordering them to destroy their stock and all manufacturing plants? And why is the same not being done to the USA? Otherwise leave NK alone.

Actually the US and UK are very different from North Korea. North Korea is not responsible for the greatest suffering in the history of the world whereas the UK and US are. Read the history books.
