Parisians wrote down their word on a piece of paper - either in French or English - with many stressing that they would not 'stop living' and others believed the tragedy had actually strengthened the capital.

'Getting on the metro, sitting on the terrasse, taking the kids to school. It's a beautiful thing to see, that Paris will always be Paris.'And Yanique was not alone in the feeling that the city had banded together.
Ludo, 25, works as a barrister and in the aftermath of the atrocities summed up his feelings with one word 'home' about Paris, he moved from the

'Half an hour later when we saw it on the news, we realised. But really we still don't understand.'
She chose to write 'incomprehension' on her feelings about the attacks.
'I said to myself "it can happen to anyone anywhere". Not everyone thinks this was now but I am not scared.
Bataclan”

But you know what? I have to ask a simple question: why are we bantering back and forth about the Syrian Muslim refugees? Why aren’t Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and the other oil rich Gulf Cooperation Council states stepping up and taking care of their own? Who the heck made the decision that it was the responsibility of Europe or America? I applaud the Jordanians!
