A set of pictureswhich apparently show two Chinese men proudly wearing the uniforms of WWIIJapanese soldiers have caused an outcry in China.

The photos inquestions, three in total, were yesterday uploaded to Weibo, the Chineseequivalent to Twitter.

The two men, withtheir faces obscured, can be seen styling themselves after war-time Japanesesoldiers. One of them held a sword, and the other a bayonet and a Japaneseflag.

The uploader ofthe pictures claimed that the two men were Chinese and the pictures were takenat the Zijin Mountain in Nanjing.
