Dozens of pedestrians and drivers calledfor the man to stop, but he continued regardless, pulling the cat along theroad for several miles in Fuzhou, capital of East China’s Fujian Province.

Witnesses said the man rode at high speedswhile dragging the white animal behind him, refusing to stop or even slow downwhen locals shouted at him.
