The anonymous man, known only as Noah thetime traveller, said India will undergo extraordinary technological and socialchanges by the year 2030.

一个只透露姓名为诺亚的男子自称是时空旅行者，他表示印度将在2030年经历伟大的科技和社会变革。

In a shocking claim made online, Noah saidIndia will invest heavily in incredible advancements in the next two decades.

诺亚在网上发表的言论令人震惊，他称未来20年内，印度将在先进领域进行大量投资。

He claimed the country will push money intodeveloping a powerful time travel program and cybernetic enhancementsfor the population.

印度将为其人民投资发展一个强大的时空旅行和神经机械强化项目。

注释：cybernetics 神经机械学，研究人体神经与机械结合以得到强化，即“机械化的人体”。



“I remember hearing the news about thiswhen I was in the future. “In the year 2029, people in India come out with achip able to be planted in the body. “This chip makes your brain on average sixtimes more powerful than it normally is.”

Noah, who said he has met people with thesecybernetic enhancements, claimed the experience was akin to “talking to God”.

The brain chips will make people muchsmarter and more intelligent than “the average person”.

The time traveller said: “The chipbasically connects their brain to the internet."

But despite the rapid pace of developmentin the coming years, the Indian subcontinent will supposedly suffer from massoverpopulation.

In order to deal with a rapidly growingpopulation, Noah claimed India will send its citizens out to the stars tocolonise the solar system.

诺亚说，为了应对人口增长过快，印度会把人民送到其它星球，进而殖民太阳系。



There are however some who were captivatedby Noah’s story and were desperate to find out more about the future of India.

A true superpower is judged by the livingstandards of its citizens. India certainly might be on its way to becoming one.For now India is a developing nation PERIOD . With all its technological andeconomic advancements - it is still WORK-IN-PROGRESS!

Might be a much better idea for them tomake sure that the whole population has access to good sanitation facilities,clean water, food, a living wage, safetyfor women and an end to children living on the streets and being exploited insweat shops.

对于印度人来说，确保所有国民都能享受到完善的卫生设施、干净的水源、食物，拿到足够生活的工资，妇女有安全可言，孩子们不再（流浪）住在街上、被血汗工厂剥削，（比起成为超级强国）这可能是一个更好的主意。
