I wouldn't want my life and legacy to be judged on the things I said during my initial first 2 days in Marrakech having encounted unscrupulous taxi drivers and endured the biggest culture shock in my life of 25 years at the time. Did these people pointing fingers travel through those countries at the same time as Mr. Einstein? Perhaps his observations, abhorrent to the snowflake mentality today, were correct at the time. He doesn't appear to be removed from the reality by writing from afar, but actually immersed himself there. I've been to absolutely horrid places in the US, and in Mexico, and in other countries.
