Ikea has warned people not to try to sleep over in its stores when they close, saying they would be considered trespassers and would only end up getting into trouble with the law.

宜家警告人们不要在其店铺关门后在里面过夜，称这可以构成侵入罪，可能会诉诸法律维权。

On Wednesday, the Swedish firm’s spokeswoman Johanna Iritz said the firm takes the matter seriously, adding: “we can’t guarantee safety”.

The trend reportedly started when two teenagers spent the night in an Ikea store in Belgium in August this year, then posted a video of their exploits online.

According to the Associated Press, Iritz said Ikea has recorded about 10 such incidents in the past year in the United States, Canada, Britain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Japan, Australia and Poland. The agency said it was unclear whether anyone had been prosecuted.

Personally, I would like to live in Ikea, instead of our house. Because even in a small room in Ikea, there is a place for everything, and everything in its place. At our house there are lots of random things that hang about and make a mess. Like the mini pool table. How do you pack that into an Expedit when you're not using it?
And in Ikea, when you open a drawer in the kitchen, there is a neat drawer divider, for all the knives and forks, but here, the drawers are full of drawer nonk, like the things that came out of the Christmas crackers in 2013. In Ikea world, the coffee tables are not covered in something sticky and bits of lego and gas bills. There's no dust. The lighting is cleverly seductive. There's nothing down the sides of the sofas. The pillowcases match the duvet cover. There is a duvet cover. There is the possibility of leading a civilised and colour co-ordinated life. I would like to live there, but every time I fall for it and buy a Billy bookcase, somehow, things don't get any better here.

个人来说，我也喜欢住在宜家商店里，而不是住在自己家。因为在宜家，即使是一个小房间，布局也非常好。而在我自己的家里，东西随便放，乱糟糟。像迷你台球桌。不用的时候你要怎么把这些东西收进埃克佩迪（品牌名称）里。
而在宜家，当你打开厨房里的一个抽屉时，里面有一个整洁的抽屉分隔，可以放所有的刀具和叉子。在宜家，桌子上没有粘糊糊的乐高模块，也没有天然气账单，更没有灰尘。照明设备非常吸引人。沙发旁边也没有乱放东西。枕套堪比羽绒被外层。可以过上文明以及颜色相协调的生活。所以我想住在那里，但是每次我信以为真并购买了比利书柜后，放在家里好像也没什么差别。

Anyone who has ever stepped foot inside can surely agree that it takes an age to get round an Ikea.
With no windows to indicate whether it's night or day, it seems perfectly possible to me that the various individuals accused of holding unauthorised sleepovers had simply collapsed, exhausted, onto the display furniture; before being ignored by the disinterested and underpaid staff as they swept up and switched off the lights for four hours.

去过宜家的人都知道要想逛完里面确实是很耗时间的。又没有窗户，谁知道外面是白天还是黑夜，所以有些人在逛累之后就直接躺在上面睡着了，然后那些冷漠的低收入的工作人员在花4个小时整理打扫和关灯后，刚好也没有发现这些睡着的人们。

There are shortcuts through the showroom so you can go straight to the marketplace or self service - they're not easy to spot because they want you to walk through the showroom.
