Families of the Titanic victims have called plans to build a replica of the ship 'upsetting' as it's revealed the owner of the Chinese theme park previously wanted to create a simulator so visitors could relive the crash. 

中国主题公园之前表示将复制一艘泰坦尼克号以让游客体验撞击的感觉，而泰坦尼克号受害者的家人称这种行为是“令人沮丧”的。

Members of the British Titanic Society said the ￡105 million replica, planned at the Romandi sea resort was 'in bad taste'.

The Chinese firm told the BBC the attraction would be 'respectful'.
