韩国检察官起诉韩国作家诽谤“慰安妇” [日本媒体]

South Korean prosecutors on Thursday indicted a South Korean female professor for writing a book in which she allegedly defamed Korean women forced into wartime brothels for the Japanese military.

星期四韩国检察官起诉一名韩国女教授，她的书涉嫌诽谤那些被强迫的韩国妇女是自愿进入慰安营给日本军人提供性服务。

Park Yu Ha, a professor of Japanese literature at Sejong University in Seoul, was indicted without being detained for writing “Teikoku no Ianfu” (“Comfort Women of the Empire”) in which she depicted the so-called comfort women as “prostitutes” and hurt the honor of those victims, according to the Seoul Eastern Prosecutors Office.

据汉城东部检察官办公室消息，朴侑夏是首尔世宗大学的日本文学教授。她被指控（没有被拘留）写作《帝国的慰安妇》，在这本书里她把慰安妇称作“妓女”，伤害了受害者的荣誉。

She “is considered to have encroached on the victims’ personal dignity and honor with false facts and deviated from freedom of academism,” the office said.

该办公室说，她被认为利用虚假的事实侵害了受害者的人格尊严和荣誉，而且偏离了学院派的观点。

Park’s book, published in 2013, has drawn strong criticism for taking sides with views held by Japan on the “comfort women” issue.

朴侑夏的书在2013年初版，因为偏袒日本的“慰安妇”问题，引起强烈批评。

In June, last year, a group of former “comfort women” filed a defamatory suit against Park and the head of the publishing company.

去年六月，一批“慰安妇”将朴侑夏和出版社负责人以诽谤的罪名起诉。

Many of the women were from the Korean Peninsula, which was under Japan’s colonial rule from 1910 to 1945.

这些妇女很多来自朝鲜半岛，日本1910年到1945年在那儿实行殖民统治。

I will probably get a lot of thumbs down, but I happen to agree with her thoughts.
Korea proves itself once again to not allow free thinking, somewhat like the North.

我可能会得到很多反对，但是我同意她的想法。

No wonder you cannot come out even if you know the truths in Today's Korea. You are socially neglected and not many people can take such risks.

尽管你知道真相，但是在今天的韩国环境下你不能站出来。你会被社会忽视，没有多少人能冒这种风险。

I read the summary of what Yu Ha wrote... the most damning part to me is the Japan - South Korea Treaty of 1965. Japan asked the Government of South Korea to let it deal individually with Comfort Women claims, but SK said it represented them and a lump sum payment would be best. Japan, back in 1965, paid SK $800 Million. SK used it to build infrastructure. Later said SK Comfort Women sued the SK Govt. for $300 million. Not sure if they got anything. There are many, many other supporting historical references in Yu Ha's book that support Japan's side. After reading it I think that many SK's are twisting history for their own benefit.

我读了她书的摘要。对我最震撼的一部分就是１９６５年日韩条约。日本要求韩国政府让它单独处理慰安妇的索赔。但是韩国政府说它可以代表，最好日本能一次付清（索赔）。早在１９６５年，日本就已经支付八亿美元给韩国。韩国用这笔钱建造基础设施。后来韩国慰安妇状告韩国政府侵吞３亿美元（慰安妇赔偿）。不知道他们是否成功。她的书里还有很多历史资料支持日本。读了这本书后，我认为是很多韩国人为自己的利益扭曲历史。
