Playing games like this is dangerous,around uninhabited islands it's one thing, but in areas with large a large populationit's upping the stakes.
Lack of military doctrine and tactics. Thisis a normal tactic for most nations if they want to test their own abilitiesand see what kind of response another nation can muster. This goes on all thetime and though it can lead to confrontation its part of living in a world fullof nations.

The people on Okinawa who are opposed tothe relocation of MCAS Futenma to Henoko do not stop their opposition justbecause a Chinese ship or aircraft comes into the area.
On this you are wrong. Remember the outcryabout the Osprey's being based at Futenma? Things got quiet and protestsdisappeared right after the Chinese started playing games around the Senkakuislands, haven't heard a thing since.
The Chinese themselves are responsible forhelping to reduce the opposition to the presence of the US military in Okinawa.

这你就错了。还记得他们强烈抗议鱼鹰驻扎在普天间基地吗？但是自中国在尖阁群岛附近乱来后，人们变得安静不再抗议。
所以人们不那么反对美军驻扎在冲绳了，这都是中国自己导致的。
