An expertof Geology and Paleontology at the Chinese Academy of Sciences hasannounced the shocking revelation that a pre-historic fossil site has beenmined and used for brick making.

中国科学院的一位地质与古生物学专家宣称一个史前化石遗址被挖掘来制作砖块。

The Triassicsite in Huadu, an area in Guangzhou city, south China, is abundant with plantfossils dating back some 210 million years according to People's Daily Online.

However, becausethe area is unprotected, the rocks have been quarried and used for the basematerial of building bricks.
