A young man concerned about his father visiting sexworkers on a regular basis took extreme measures to stop him by donning a fakeSWAT costume to ward him off the behaviour.

一名年轻男子担心父亲经常嫖妓，于是采取极端手段，把自己伪装成特警以阻止父亲。

The 21-year-old called Guo, who normally works as asecurity guard in Changzhou, Jiangsu province, east China, bought a fullreplica costume on the internet and patrolled the city streets, accordingto People's Daily Online.

这名男子21岁，在江苏常州当保安，在网络上购买了特警服装巡逻街道，人民网报道。

The outfit included a plastic pistol, padded vest,toy handcuffs, a fake electric baton and even a counterfeit badge claiming toshow his rank within the organisation.

整套装备包括了一把塑料手枪，填充的防弹背心，玩具手扣，假电棍，以及一个表明级别的假徽章。



Guo claimed that he had come up with the idea ofthe outfit after discovering that his father frequently paid local sex workers,and decided that he had to take action to prevent it.

他说在发现父亲经常嫖妓后决定采取措施阻止，于是他想出了这个主意。

The young man said that he had worked as a securityguard since 2013 but had always dreamed of being a police officer, an ambitionhe had so far not yet fulfilled.

这名年轻男子称自2013年以来他就在当保安，并且一直梦想成为一名警察，但是还没能实现。

On New Year's Day a man made a complaint to police,claiming that a SWAT officer patrolling a Changzhou street had frightened hisdog with an electric baton.

在新年第一天，一名男子想警方报案成一名特警巡逻常州街道时用电棍吓到了他的狗。

After rushing to the scene, officers discovered thesheepish imposter Guo in his full gear and brought him in forquestioning.  

经常来到现场后发现局促不安的他穿着整套特警衣服，于是把他带回公安局质问。
