日本航空公司更改航线以避开朝鲜火箭 [日本媒体]

TOKYO — Japan’s two biggest airlines saidon Friday they are changing routes for some flights as North Korea plans tolaunch what it says will be a satellite-bearing rocket later this month.

东京讯—由于朝鲜声称这月晚些时候会发射卫星运载火箭，日本最大的两家航空公司于周五宣布，部分航线将会改道。

All Nippon Airways and Japan Airlines said that between Feb 8-25—the launchwindow announced by Pyongyang—they will divert planes that fly over waters offthe Philippines where missile parts and debris are expected to fall after thelaunch.

全日空和日本航空说，在平壤宣布的发射窗口期，即2月8日至25日，由于发射后导弹零部件预期会落入菲律宾水域，所有原航线飞越此区域的飞机将会改道。

The change will affect three ANA flights—from Tokyo’s Haneda airport to Manila,from Manila to Tokyo’s Narita International Airport, and from Jakarta inIndonesia to Narita, the airline said.

这一改变将会影响三个全日空航线——东京羽田机场至马尼拉，马尼拉至东京成田国际机场，以及印尼雅加达至成田机场。

Two JAL flights, meanwhile, from Jakarta to Narita and from Narita to Manila,will also be diverted, Japan Airlines said.

同时，雅加达至成田以及成田至马尼拉的两个日本航空航线也会改道。

All the flights are expected to suffer delays of between five to 10 minutes,the carriers said.

这两家航空公司说，预计所有航班都会有5-10分钟的延迟。

Sanctions imposed by the United Nations prohibit North Korea from any use ofballistic missile technology, and such a launch would amount to another majorviolation of U.N. Security Council resolutions following its fourth nucleartest last month.

The North insists its space program is purely scientific in nature, but theUnited States and allies including South Korea say its rocket launches areaimed at developing an inter-continental ballistic missile capable of strikingthe US mainland.

With all the technology, why not fire an EMP burst or usesmart bombs and end it at the launch pad once and for all as a sign thatsanctions are not working. China has proven that it has no teeth in this fightnor will to enforce action on NK. However one can't blame NK completely as IRANwho has the backing of Russia are the drivers behind NK. Sanctions and hot gasfrom Obama amount to 0 (nothing) except make the UN look weak and powerless.

既然制裁不管用，又有这么多种科技，为什么不用电磁波或者智能炸弹一次性干掉所有的发射台。中国已经证明了在这场战斗中并没有坚决手段，也不会对朝鲜执行任何行动。但是也不能全指责朝鲜，背后有俄罗斯支持的伊朗给了朝鲜足够的动力。奥巴马的制裁什么用都没有，除了让联合国看起来更弱更没用。

DPRK is 30 km from Seoul. Some articles say they'd haveproblems shooting that far, some say they wouldn't. But I think the articlessaying they'd have problems are missing that the area between Seoul and theborder is not unpopulated. Just search google images for North Korea at night.There are high-rises and shopping malls within 1 km of the river between DPRKand ROK north of Seoul. The first link is one of the high-rises, at Dangdong-riMunsan-Eup.

朝鲜离首尔只有30km。有些文章说他们没办法攻击这么远的距离，有些文章说没问题。但是我认为那些说他们不能的文章忽略了一个问题，那就是首尔到两国边界的这段地带并不是没有居民的。搜一下朝鲜夜晚的图片，朝鲜韩国中间那条河的1km内有很多高楼和购物中心。
