中国国防部因PS错误道歉 [英国媒体]

China's defence ministry has been left red-faced after a poster celebrating the 68th birthday of the People's Liberation Army Navy was exposed as containing American ships and Russian planes.

中国国防部近日陷入了一次尴尬的境地，原因是在其发布的一张主题是 庆祝中国人民解放军海军部队成立68周年  的海报中出现了美国船只和俄罗斯飞机。

The poster showed an image of the Liaoning the country's first aircraft carrier - which was itself built in the Soviet unx and bought from Russia - and declared: 'Happy birthday People's Liberation Army Navy!'

海报展示了中国的第一艘航母辽宁号——然而这艘航母是由苏联制造，从俄罗斯手上买来的——海报上还写着“中国海军生日快乐！”



But military experts soon spotted that whoever had designed the poster had dropped several major clangers.

但是军方专家不久就发现了负责设计这张海报的人犯了不少严重错误。

The jet which appears to be taking off from the deck of the carrier is in fact a Russian MiG-35 fighter aircraft not a Chinese plane.

海报中正在从航母甲板上起飞的飞机实际上是俄罗斯的MiG-35战斗机，而不是中国的飞机。

And worse still considering the tensions between Beijing and Washington the ships seen shadowing the Liaoning were US amphibious assault ships not Chinese vessels. 

考虑到中美之间的紧张关系，更糟的是为辽宁号护航的几艘船只也不是中方的，而竟然是美国的两栖攻击舰。

I just binge watched the PBS series Civil War and was humbly reminded that we Americans are such war mongers that we even kicked our own you-know-what (and kicked it good)!! Kinda makes me lose hope that diplomacy will win out in the end with us involved...
