Glass bridges in China have been a hit with tourists in the past few years but a scenic spot in Shanxi Province has stepped up its game. 

最近几年中国的玻璃桥受到游客的热烈欢迎，但是山西省的一个景点也不甘落后。

A 500-metre-long glass slide has been constructed close to the Yellow River in northern China allowing tourists to slide down after reaching the area's highest viewing point.   

这个500米长的玻璃滑道建在中国北方的黄河边上，游客在抵达该区的最高观景点后可以一滑而下。



The slide opened on May 19 for a test run and is expected to open soon.

According to People's Daily Online, Dayudu Yellow River Scenic Area in Yucheng city has built a see-through glass bridge with a 100-meter descent.

据人民网报道，禹城市大禹渡黄河景区建造了一条透明的玻璃桥，纵深100米。

Tourists use stairs to reach a 420 square metre high viewing point before sliding down the other side.
