KARACHI: Adviser to Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz, on Saturday said India’s role in promoting terrorism in Pakistan is not a secret anymore, DawnNews reported.

卡拉奇：负责国家安全和外交事务的总理顾问，Sartaj Aziz，在周六说印度在推动巴基斯坦恐怖主义中扮演的角色已经不再是秘密，黎明新闻网报道。

Talking at a foreign ministers’ forum at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in Karachi, Aziz said Pakistan will collect evidence of Indian interference in subversive activities across the border and will present a dossier at the United Nations.

在卡拉奇工商管理学院的外交部长论坛上的讲话中，Aziz说，巴基斯坦将会收集印度通过边境参与颠覆活动的证据，并在提交给联合国的档案中有所呈现。

“Not only is India interfering in Pakistan’s internal matters, it is also supporting terrorism in our country.”

The adviser on foreign affairs said documentary evidence of Indian involvement had “already been prepared,” adding that copies of the dossier will also be handed over to Indian authorities.

这位外交事务顾问还说印度牵涉其中的相关档案已经准备完毕，并补充道，同时还会给印度当局一份拷贝。

Discussing Pakistan’s ties with Afghanistan, Aziz said the recent spate of attacks in Kabul had strained the relationship between both countries.

“But Afghanistan must understand that just joining the table for talks with Taliban is not enough to ensure peace. Efforts must be directed at making these talks result oriented.”

The adviser also shed light on the gains made during operation Zarb-i-Azb and went on to say that the military’s offensive against terrorists had almost come to an end.

“The operation is 90 per cent complete and most terrorists have been killed while some have escaped into Afghanistan.”

Aziz said registration of seminaries was a perpetual task, one that will take time to complete.

India has been involved in covert activities in Pakistan for a long time now and even though the PML government has been in power before but it has never had the courage to issue these types of statements. Kudos to the COAS for his fearless leadership that has instilled the courage into the likes of PML and now they are calling a spade a spade. The elder brother, Shabbir Sharif, laid down his life for the Motherland and earned Nishan-e-Haider and the younger brother is doing wonders for the country. A salute to the mother who brought up these sons of the soil.

When the Adviser to Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs is a man such as him, it's not hard to understand why your country has such a bad Foreign reputation. What does he gain by making such claims?  Every country has some sort of agenda in the other country. Pakistan let NSA conduct surveillance here.
But in a world that is so inter-dependant, if you want to prosper, make friends, not make everyone your damn enemy.

@Ibrahim - You mean the same Indian courts who let Modi go Scot-free for his role in the Gujrat riots? Why was Modi's name on the US list of "persona non grata" for so long? The only reason his name was taken out was because of the US financial dealings with India "after" Modi became the PM and it had nothing to do with principles. So, providing evidence that is acceptable to your courts does not mean much.

This is absolutely not new claim, India started interference since Musharraf days. UN was alerted then. Pakistan has little say and that where our nation and intelligent teams have to work hard. Attack at Lahore air port by Jamin villagers were trained by RAW.

If one country starts proxy war, other country is forced to start the proxy war. If the other country keeps quiet, costs are too high. Every one who deals with security issues know this. Not a secret.

Let us tackle all Indian and Afghan accusations boldly with fool-roof evidences. We must clear the cases of Dawood and Mumbai attacks. Then present to them, well documented and irrefutable evidences against the two countries about their terror breeding. If we have a dispute with our neighbor, nobody from across the seven -seas would come to solve it.

honestly, why repeat the same statements. Please stop making fool of yourself. The real question should be "do you believe external actors are involved in Pak internal matters and WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT" and the answer could be "YES, but here is OUR ACTION PLAN AND TIMELINE"

@ghazalfayaz Simple: In matters of national security you don't need the same kind of incontrovertible evidence as yo would for prosecuting 'normal' crimes. If you have evidence that certain people are being 'supported' by India just put them away -- extract information a la Guantanamo and then decide what to do.
these hollow statements don't mean anything, in fact they weaken your claim.

事关国家安全就不需要像对待普通罪犯那样的铁证。如果有证据证明某人是印度支持的，那就把他们揪出来。像关塔纳摩那样获取信息，然后决定应该做什么。
这样空洞的辞藻没有任何意义，事实上会弱化你的声明。

Well, tell me one thing, on one hand you say, India can not do anything in Pakistan and if it does, you are going to go berserk and do this and that. On other hand, you say India is involved extensively in many terrorist attacks within Pakistan. 
So which one is true?
