DAVAO CITY—Three Chinese warships docked here on Sunday in a sign of improving relations between China and the Philippines.

Mr. Duterte will tour the three Chinese vessels—the Chang Chun a guided-missile destroyer; Jin Zhou a guided-missile frigate and Chao Hu a replenishment ship—on Monday.

Thank god we are now friends again with China. In the past our American colonial masters sternly refused to let us make friends with China and other countries without their approval. Former president GMA herself was nearly overthrown after the US embassy leaked the Hello Garci audio recording to Anthony Taberna of ABS-CBN. GMA wanted to veer our country closer to China but Washington disapproved and punished her. I hope Mano Digong will stay the course and continue to pivot us away from the US.  This is good news. Filipinos shouldn't fall into the American trap of divide and conquer which only brings war and poverty. But beware the yanks will not take good developmenst like this lightly and will start trouble with help of their terrorists. China can help protecting philippines from those barbaric americans ，a base in Davao would be great to thwart their evil plans. Russia could also join and have a base or two in the Philippines like once in Vietnam.
