China has been urging its citizens to be on their best behavior while traveling overseas, but the entreaties seem to be falling on deaf ears.

中国一直敦促公民在旅外期间必须做最好的文明行为，但这份哀求似乎充耳不闻。

Mainland tourists continue to make news for all the wrong reasons, tarnishing the nation’s image further in the eyes of the world. 

大陆游客继续成为新闻，在全世界的目光中进一步玷污国家形象。

In the latest incident, Russian media are reporting that a Chinese woman let her young child take a leak in the middle of The Catherine Palace, the summer residence of the former Russian tsars.

在最新的事件中，俄罗斯媒体正在报道一名中国女性让她的小孩在叶卡捷琳娜宫（前俄罗斯沙皇的夏宫）撒尿。

According to the reports, it happened on Aug. 2 when a mainland Chinese tour group visited the palace, which is located about 30 kilometers south of St. Petersburg.

据报，事情发生在8月2日位于南圣彼得堡约30公里处，当一组中国大陆的旅行团参观皇宫时。

When a boy said he wanted to pee, his mother, instead of taking him to a toilet, just let the kid relieve himself onto the floor inside the palace.

团中有一名小孩要小便，他的母亲非但没有带他去厕所，只是让小孩在宫内地板上解决。

The palace staff was shocked, with an employee exclaiming that this must have been a first in the building’s more-than-250-year history, according to Sing Tao Daily.

根据星岛日报描述，整座皇宫的工作人员很是震惊，与一名职员叫喊这是250年以来第一次有人在该殿小便。

Radio Free Asia noted that Russians are facing a dilemma with regard to Chinese tourists.

自由亚洲电台指出，俄罗斯人现在应对中国游客时面临两难。

While the people welcome the economic benefits brought by an increasing number of Chinese tourists, they are however put off by the “unruly and uncivilized” behavior of some of the visitors. 

尽管人们欢迎越来越多的中国游客带来经济利益，然而他们由于不规矩、不文明的行为一些游客也被推拖。

The Catherine Palace is named after Catherine I, the wife of Peter the Great, who ruled Russia for two years after her husband’s death in 1725.

叶卡捷琳娜宫被叶卡捷琳娜一世命名，这位彼得大帝的妻子，在1725年他丈夫死后统治俄罗斯两年。

Nothing new. You should see what children do on the MassTransit and in restaurants in Hong Kong. Mainlanders are relatively new tourists. They need to be educated.

Educated for how long? This lasted since media published about this in 2012. China's state made a blacklist somewhere in 2013 and in follow up Chinese tourists have to take an oath for good behaviour abroad. They get a manual from the travel agency what to do and what not to do. What more does one has to teach them?!

I think these stories about Chinese children peeing somewhere are totally not interesting. Children do pee sometimes. And it can happen then and there. This article is mainly about ejinsight.com being against anything mainland related. Independent of whether it really happened, you lose credibility by showing your stance so obviously

According to my beief being as a human we should be non judgementa, and considering to this post their are media rumers everywhere against Muslim or the Chinese people, to show the false and negative statements but never shows the statement which bring the humanity closed... shame on those who create racism
