菲律宾总统不接受西方的国际刑事法庭控告威胁

 

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has dismissed threats by Western countries to indict him in the International Criminal Court (ICC) for his crackdown on drugs.

菲律宾总统杜特尔特不接受西方国家因为他镇压毒品而要在国际刑事法庭上起诉他的威胁。

"You scare me that you will jail me? International Criminal Court? Bullsh*t," said Duterte said during a Monday speech.

“你们吓唬我，想要关押我？国际刑事法庭？瞎扯淡，”杜特尔特在周一的讲话中说道。

According to official police figures, during Duterte’s drug crackdown, which began when he took office in June, over 2,500 have been killed.

据官方的警方数据，杜特尔特打击毒品期间，有2500多人被杀死。

Last month, the ICC announced that it may have jurisdiction to prosecute those implicated in the killings.

上个月，国际刑事法庭宣称它可能有权起诉那些和这次杀戮有牵连的人。

ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda said that her office was currently investigating  instances of state officials “ordering, requesting, encouraging or contributing” to crimes related to the crackdown.

国际刑事法庭检察官Fatou Bensouda称她的办公室目前正在调查国家官员“命令，要求，鼓励或者参与”和此次镇压有关联的犯罪。

Duterte claimed that the US is responsible for the ICC wishing to jail him, noting that Washington itself is not even part of the court.

杜特尔特称是美国在幕后指使国际刑事法庭这么做的，称美国自己甚至都不是该法庭的成员。

I am proud of Mr. Duterte. Killing drug dealers is a sacred duty that all clean politicians should do. It is clear that those behind the ICC decision have lots to gain from drug traficking and death of innocent people. Since when killing criminals is a crime against humanity. It is a service to humanity. What about killing "terrorists' by sending death squads (NAVY SEAlS, CIA, Mi15, Mossad) in other countries to kill so called terrorists? Getting rid of scumbags from our society is what I am very in favor of. But no person has the right to kill them like the white supremacist did to the negros because of race. Duterte is blood thirsty ever since he became the mayor of Davao. 90% of the killings in Davao have Duterte's fingerprints all over and so with the 4000 extra-judicially killed without trial just in 3 months after he assumed the presidency. 
We are not living in society where civil disorder and anarchy exist. Humans are civilized homos and has evolved from australopithecus and therefore must adopt civilized system of trials until proven guilty before anyone is sent to the gas chamber.

清除社会渣滓是好的。但是没有人有权去杀死他人，就好比美国至上主义者不能因为种族就杀死黑人一样。杜特尔特是嗜血的，表现在他成为达沃市长后。发生在达沃市的90%的杀戮都有他的参与，而在他担任总统三个月后，已经有4000人在没接受审判的情况下被杀死。
我们并非生活在市民骚乱和无政府状态的社会里。人类不是猿猴，因此必须采用文明的审判系统，在证明有罪的情况下，才把犯人送上绞刑架。

All nice and said well but do you realize the back log in the court system and not to mention the bribe s try will pay judges who are just as corrupt? It will take decades for all cases even never. Sometimes bullet is faster despite injustice and might line up those criminals to think twice.

说得倒好听，但是你知道司法系统的腐败吗，还有那些腐败的法官呢？要想通过法庭审判这些案件，那得花上几十年，甚至永远都审不完。虽然有点不公正，但是有时候子弹的效率更高，能让这些犯罪分子三思而后行。

国际刑事法庭搞什么鬼吖？过去60年来发生在巴勒斯坦的杀戮，绑架和监禁未成年人不管，倒来管菲律宾的毒品镇压了？应该去解决巴勒斯坦所存在的问题，而不是去控告总统杜特尔特，ICC的双重标准真可耻。
