The worst tourists in india and sri lanka i encountered and heard the locals complain about were israelis.
Dirty noisy unfriendly and stealing
are their faults there.
Chinese have a bad reputation in asia for being too noisy in hotels on planes and extremely annoying on jungle tours and dive trips.
They're noisy and disrespect the animals they see or the guides who request that they be quieter and to stop poking at animals for photo ops.
Rowdy drunken groups of any nation are terrible.

I think the video did a fine job of not taking on a bias they showed a restaurant owner who was upset at some who didn't share the same manners are other French the father seemed like a delightful man who was a very courteous tourist I'm just not sure what bias you are implying the video is confirming.

Instead of being defensive why don't you educate some of your fellow countrymen before they go abroad?  Chinese tourists are terrible it's not a bias it is commonplace.  Anyone that lives in a city that has high tourism can tell you how much they stand out.  Here in Los Angeles they can be see spitting and rudely arguing anywhere tourists are.  Wait there long enough and you will see one of them instructing their child to pee against a wall... sometimes INSIDE.

The worst tourist I ever encountered was a captain in the American army.  It was late at night at Dusseldorf airport and he was berating the poor desk attendants because he missed his flight.  I was embarrassed to be in his vicinity.  And a military officer at that!  Shameful.
The only problems I have personally observed with Chinese (also Japanese) tourists is that when they go scuba diving they are ignorant of what to do.  Don't harrass the animals don't hang onto the reef etc.  This is due to poor instruction not anything ethnic-related.  
Every country has bad tourists.

There is nothing racist about this video. The video does not single out "ethnic Chinese" it singles out people from China regardless of their ethnicity. As someone who has encountered enough tourist from China ( I mean hundreds) I have grown rather tired of them and have usually desired for them to be deported back to where they come from. Chinese Americans and South East Asians of Chinese descent don't seem to have these horrible traits of being loud obnoxious and rude. Of course I'd also like to mention that some of the nicest people I have met have been from China and they are most certainly excluded from this horrible list.
