A Chinese locomotives manufacturer, contracted to provide trains for Lahore's Orange-Line Metro project, on Monday rolled its first train off the assembly line, with 26 more to follow, People's Daily China reported. 

为拉合尔橙线地铁项目承建列车的中国机车制造商周一下线了首列列车，还需制造26列，人民日报报道。

The scope of civil works on the Orange Line project involves the construction of a 27.1 kilometre metro train corridor, including 25.4km of elevated U-shaped viaducts and 1.72km underground sections, 24 elevated and two underground stations, depots, stabling yards, etc.

橙线地铁项目包括了建造一条27.1公里的地铁列车走廊，其中25.4公里是U型高架桥，其余1.72公里为地下部分，还包括24座高架车站和2座地下车站等等。

The train, with five coaches, an energy-saving air-conditioning system and systems configured to handle unstable voltage, has been produced by CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co, Ltd.

每个列车有5节车厢，拥有节能的空调系统，以及用以控制不稳定电压的系统，由中车株洲机车公司生产。

The design brings together elements of the national flower of Pakistan, Jasmine, and the shape of the dome of Lahore's historic Badshahi Mosque, said a company official.

该公司的一名工作人员说列车的设计将巴基斯坦的国家茉莉花以及拉合尔历史悠久的巴德夏西清真寺圆顶的元素结合在一起。

An engineer involved with the production revealed that the Orange line train will have heat-resistant bogies, aimed at increasing the locomotive's durability.

涉及该列车制造的一名工程师披露说橙线列车具有抗热转向架，用以提高机车的耐用性。

The designed maximum operational speed of the train is expected to be around 80km per hour. 
It is expected to be delivered to the government of Punjab by July this year, with another 26 to arrive by the end of 2017.

这款列车最快的设计运行时速预计将达到80公里。预计将在今年7月份交付给旁遮普省政府，另外26列2017年底交付。

As for the financing of the Orange-Line Metro project is concerned, a major chunk, Rs150 billion of the Rs165 billion project, will be provided by the Chinese government to Punjab under a soft-loan agreement, outside the financial realm of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
In May 2016, the first tranche of the payment totalling around Rs33 billion was released by The Exim Bank of China.

该项目耗资1650亿卢比，其中1500亿卢比根据软贷款协议由中国政府提供给旁遮普政府，不包括在中巴经济走廊的财政范围内。2016年5月，中国进出口银行提供了第一批达330亿卢比的贷款。

Earlier in April, The Supreme Court was expected to deliver a decisive verdict on a petition, filed by Kamil Khan Mumtaz, regarding damage caused to heritage sites due to construction of the Orange-Line train.

四月初，最高法院本该对Kamil Khan Mumtaz提交的就橙线项目所造成的历史遗迹破坏的申诉作出裁决。

However, the SC reserved its judgement and asked the Punjab government to file a comprehensive report to the court, detailing measures it would take to address the petitioner's and civil society's concerns over the matter. 

然而，最高法院保留了自己的判决，并要求旁遮普政府向法院提交一份综合性报告，详细说明将采取何种措施解决请愿者和广大群众对这个问题的关切。

Within 6 months, the first train goes to garbage. Such was the technology Chinese has. We have already seen with Pakistan railway. Beg to defer, it's Pakistani money, buy some good quality trains from Germany/Japan/,France/South Korea, if not atleast from India. No China again please

不用6个月，这个列车就要进垃圾堆了。这就是中国所拥有的技术。我们已经可以从巴基斯坦的铁路中看出这一点。讲真，这是巴基斯坦的钱，从德国日本法国韩国买一些好的列车吧，要不从印度买也行。不要再从中国买了。

In time every city will have a metro, what plans are there for technology transfer etc?

将来每个城市都将建造地铁，所以有技术转移的计划了吗？

Excellent, despite all negativity and opposition it is still moving on. Same people will now complain it is delayed. Once completed same people will ride it !

很好，虽然面临很多否定和反对，但是项目依然在进行中。同样的一批人现在又会抱怨说项目延期了。但是一旦建成，这批人肯定会去坐！

@azadi dil KI ironically most of the Metro trains supplied to India is all China made, even Delhi Metro has many China made rail cars. 
China is building the fast Metro train network in Boston, USA so much for the questions about its quality.
China fast high speed train network is now 22,000 Kms long and largest in the world, no other nation is even close, check YouTube videos...You seems to have commented without knowing anything.

@azadi dil KI，讽刺的是很多印度地铁列车都是中国制造的，甚至德里地铁也有很多中国制造的列车。
中国正在建造美国波士顿的地铁列车网络，所以质量是没得说的。
中国高铁网络现在已经2.2万公里了，世界最大，没有国家比得上，去油管上看看吧，你貌似不懂还装懂。
